Betty Grumble is a former child pageant star, beauty queen and burlesque heroine. Brain child (and alter-ego) of Sydney-based queer performance artist Emma Maye Gibson. Betty has exploded onto the alternative performance scene in early 2011 and is spiralling out of control (in the best way imaginable).

This sassy dame is known to serve up her old lace with a sprinkling of arcenic. Betty blood is the slightly twisted girl next door who frequently shimmys across melbourne burlesque stages teasing audiences with her unique brand of vaudevillian mischief. With a background in theatre, performance art, and many styles of dance (from balroom to go-go), Betty's unique brand of neo-burlesque blends her variety of sensuous talents and love of vintage kitsch with odd ball antics and black comedy.  

SCARLETT

Scarlett, a Melbourne based Burlesque performer, arrives through the untouchable and regal world of Classical Ballet – a captivating combination for audiences who seek a thrill in the beauty of dance and the tease of burlesque. Scarlett combines a love of performing, theatrics and costume to engage audiences in dance and tease at its best. Performances are heavily influenced by music that inspires and movement that enraptures. This is the ultimate form of seduction.

With over 15 years of performing history, Scarlett brings an elegant edge to classic and neo-burlesque. Her twinkle toes have graced stages in Opera Houses in Sydney, Europe and Asia to audiences both large and intimate. Scarlett’s burlesque debut in Melbourne was in 2010, but with performances across Melbourne and Sydney her career has taken flight.
