Step right up folks! Comic Strip is a night of Stand Up and Strip Tease featuring the best comedians and Burlesque Artists of the Fringe Festival.  Previous guests include Celia Pacqoula, Hannah Gadsby, Dave Callan, Greg Fleet and The Bedroom Philosopher.

Comic Strip is inspired by the 50’s burlesque clubs of Lenny Bruce’s time. Originally these ‘joints’ were places where censorship laws did not exist and comedians were free to say anything they wanted without the risk of incarceration.

This Friday the 17^th of December we will be having our last show of 2010, the hottest year on record with some of the hottest acts in Melbourne. Our lovely Host will be the very glamorous and talented songstress ALI MCGREGOR, joining us will be comics FELICITY WARD and ASHER TRELEAVEN and as usual we have the hottest burlesque acts in town, VESPER WHITE, FOXTROT INDIA and GYPSY WOOD.
