Red Bennies Cabaret: Jess Love & Alex Mizzen
Jess Love (Hoop)
Jess began a love affair with circus in 2000. She has performed on the street, in tents (big and small), in theatres, and lots of dingy pubs. She has performed with Circus Oz and The Candy Butchers to name a few. Her recent solo show “and the little one said” has won countless awards and tours globally.

Alex Mizzen (Aerial Chair)
Alex has wowed audiences throughout Australia and around the globe, she is an exceptional dancer and an incredible handstand artist. She fuses these skills together to create an airial act like no other. She twists and weaves herself through a suspended chair high above the crowd, creating beautiful shapes and images. This is an act not to be missed.
Stephanie Bennett (Dance)

Stephanie Bennett first started her ballet training at The Australian Ballet School and continued it at The Australian International School of Coaching. During this time she appeared in 'The Nutcracker' with the Australian Ballet Company and 'Swan Lake' with The Royal Ballet. Then, deciding she wanted to eat some time in life, she went on to train in other dance styles with Robert Sturrock at The Space, right here on Chapel St!
Since graduating Stephanie has worked over sea's at Tokyo Disneyland as a real life Disney princess, and began her aerial training whilst appearing as Wendy from Peter Pan.
She has worked extensively in the commercial industry and in theatre productions such as 'SKIN', choreographed by Robert Sturrock.
Malia Walsh (FIRE)
Malia Walsh was trained as a ballerina with the royal academy of dance till at age 15 she fused her classical training with circus skills. She has a zest for the melodramatic and her sheer commitment has seen her rise to dizzying heights as an acrobat. With her acerbic tongue and sharp wit she is an exemplary performer to behold.
MISS EMMA PEEL

From 2001 - 2007 Miss Peel hosted Melbourne's longest running Go-Go club called Blow-Up - a monthly event in Australia which featured Go-Go dancers in cages, bands,
psychedelic lighting and suave DJ's playing underground tunes. She has been resident DJ at Red Door Burlesque since its inception in 2007. She also spins at monthly gigs Soul A Go Go, Soul Searchin and Black Caesar. She has
Dj'd in Europe at the prestigious Connie Douglas Club (Milan), Micca Club (Rome) and Ne Nous Fachon Pas (Paris). In 2010 she will add the USA to her list. As if that isnt enough, she has spun tunes at numerous other
