TANK

Tank began her performing arts career at age 9, as a classical ballet and Balkan folk dancer in her hometown of Pittsburgh, USA. She then moved to Chicago where she earned her Bachelors in Fine Arts, majoring in costume design. Inspired by working for a Cirque du Soleil show in 2003, she began private lessons in trapeze with Shayna Swanson. Shortly after, she joined the Aloft Aerial Dance company.

She moved to the land down under to further study circus arts and performance techniques. She now lives in Melbourne, Australia, where she works and trains. She has studied at NICA, the National Institute of Circus Arts, where she fine-tuned her aerial skills, and picked up foot juggling and fire performance.

Andrew Dyson began juggling at aged 12 after seeing a Juggler at a traditional circus. Once at home he started practicing and discovered he had quite a talent for manipulating objects. Over the next few years he continued training and started performing at the local plaza and festivals around the Gippsland area He then moved to Melbourne aged 16 to pursue his circus career and study at the National Institute of Circus Arts. He's finished his 3 years of intensive training and is ready to perform for you. After working for many years at JuggleArt (Australia's Premier Circus Equipment Supplier), he now runs his own business as a Professional Circus Artist.

Mike Gurrieri
Mike's strictly underground attitude towards music has earned him a reputation as a DJ who can open an entire crowd's mind to fresh, innovative music but still know how to make it fun at the same time.

Having worked in several local record stores earlier in his career enabled Mike to develop his ear & build a solid collection of music. Not content with just being known as a deep house DJ, Mike has managed to make a name for himself also playing more eclectic freestyle DJ sets where he explores the depths of jazz, funk, soul, roots & beyond.

Having the ability to play such a wide variety of music has given Mike the opportunity to be the local DJ of choice given the task of setting the mood for many touring acts to take the reigns. He has been billed alongside the likes of Derrick Carter, Henrik Schwarz, Metro Area & Mark Farina at Melbourne's top house music nights. With the more freestyle DJ sets, he has supported DJs such as Jazzanova, Quantic, Nickodemus & Ben Westbeech as well as live acts including Amp Fiddler, Mayer Hawthorne & Crazy Penis. Mike has also started performing alongside funk and soul vocalist Kylie Auldist (of The Bamboos) live on PA. They recently made their debut together at Summadayze 2010 in Melbourne.

As an MC he's hosted numerous Burlesque and Caberet shows and has been known to do "Boylesque" routines of his own!
 
As a DJ he specialises in Surf, 50's Rock N Roll, Jazz/Swing/Soul and Exoctica tunes, which currently sees him as resident Saturday night DJ for the Red Bennies South Side Show!
 
 
He's recently wrapped up a 5 year primetime radio show on Radio Active 89FM in Wellington NZ, Performed around Australia and NZ at various venues, events and festivals and has DJ'd alongside the likes off : The Kills, Peaches, Battles, The Black Seeds, The Breeders, Reguritator, Trans Am, The MC5, The Datsuns, Shihad, Holly Golightly, Le Tigra and Bonnie Prince Billy to name a few.
